I wasn't exactly sure what the scale was going to say this morning. I hadn't stepped on the scale in a couple days but knew I ate relatively well and even went to the gym a couple times. When I woke up I was pleasantly surprised to see 226.8, back down to my lowest so far on this journey. That means I lost .8 from my last official weigh in and also means no turning back. I don't want to go above this number again!
I am trying to come up with some more inspiration to keep me going on this journey. I think I need to take a picture and compare it to the beginning of my journey. I always think seeing how far you've come is good inspiration. I wonder if that same shirt I wore in the first picture is clean? Probably not, but let's hope I can get it clean in the next couple of days and take a comparison picture.
I am also stumped on some new Mini Goal Monday ideas so if you have any of those can you throw those out there too?
All in all I am back on track this week, now I just need to keep it this way.
Come back tomorrow! I'm going to post my next major major goal, more than the 40 lbs. that is on my header. It's a long term goal and I am looking forward to it and its reward! :)
